CONCLUSIONS

In the business context, the basic stages of the organizational process are fundamental to the efficient functioning of any work team. These stages include planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation, each of which contributes to the achievement of the established objectives. The people who make up a team play a crucial role in each of these stages, and their well-being is a determining factor for collective success.

Well-being in the workplace and in the academic field is intertwined with all aspects of life, from the quality of the physical environment to the emotional state of people. A safe and healthy environment not only improves job satisfaction, but also boosts productivity. The management of organizational processes must consider aspects such as nutrition and physical activity, which are vital to maintaining a motivated and energetic team.

The direct relationship between general health, well-being and productivity levels is undeniable. Proper nutrition and regular exercise not only benefit physical health, but also positively influence mental health, reducing stress and improving concentration. By integrating these elements into the organizational culture, an environment conducive to personal and professional development is fostered.
