1. How can you be environmentally friendly at work? The importance of caring for the environment is something that is currently taking on a lot of importance worldwide. 2. What type of incentives could a green company offer its employees? DEVELOPMENT

What was the result of the experience? In my case the experience acquired. As a result, it was possible to learn to make high-risk decisions and to take them calmly, obtaining information in record time and working under pressure at the very moment of the processes. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you cope? Listening is very fundamental, clear and provided information allows me, based on my experience, to make decisions and adapt to sudden unplanned changes, and sometimes skip the requirement to be more flexible in order to find a quick solution.

 

Would you change something to cope better? Yeah. I would change certain things. How to carry out an improvement and preventive maintenance plan to avoid failures in production processes and thus avoid these experiences. However, these same experiences allow us to improve as professionals and acquire more knowledge and experience.
