ESSAY ON WORK STRESS
Work stress is a worrying and widespread phenomenon in various companies, and the pasteurizer La Mejor Cúcuta is no exception. In the production area of this company, stress manifests itself in various ways, affecting the maintenance area, the reception of milk and production in general. This problem can have devastating effects on the health and well-being of employees, especially in an environment where demands are constant and the environment is highly competitive. (López et al., 2022) The dynamic nature of the food industry can be both stimulating and overwhelming, underscoring the urgent need for companies to implement effective measures to manage work stress and thereby improve the health and performance of their staff. (Hernández, 2023).
In their daily work lives, employees face situations that can be stressful and uncomfortable. As an operator in the raw milk reception area, my responsibility is to receive and manage raw milk. In addition, in the production area, he supervises over 60 operators on double shifts, making sure that production processes run smoothly. However, tensions easily arise when operators feel pressured by the need to maintain a fast work pace. This environment can become daunting, especially when some team members perceive the workload as overwhelming and others as less engaged.(González & Pérez, 2021).
The high-pressure environment in which operators work can lead to stress and sometimes harassment between colleagues. This occurs when individual performances are compared, creating a tense work environment. Arguments between colleagues are frequent and lack of collaboration can intensify frustration. This negative environment not only affects the emotional well-being of employees, but also impacts production performance. (Martinez, 2020)
Constant worry about interpersonal disputes distracts workers from their tasks, resulting in decreased quality of work and, consequently, reduced production efficiency. (Rodriguez & Lopez, 2019).
From a supervisor's perspective, stress can be especially high. Appropriate strategies and effective communication need to be implemented to calm tempers and resolve conflicts. The pressure to make quick decisions can be overwhelming. One of the most effective solutions has been to relocate employees who foster discord, allowing the rest of the team to work in a more harmonious environment. Although this measure can be difficult to implement, it has proven effective in reducing tensions and improving collaboration between workers. (Sanchez, 2022).
Monthly reports are produced detailing production, time, and overtime. These reports are critical to assessing the impact of stress on production and implementing continuous improvements. It is critical for the company to recognize workplace stress as a major challenge and take proactive steps to address it. (Perez and Gonzalez, 2023)
By creating a more positive and collaborative work environment, the La Mejor pasteurizer will not only protect the health of its employees but will also improve their performance, thus ensuring their success in the food industry. (Vasquez, 2021)
CONCLUSIONS
Workplace stress at La Mejor Cúcuta represents a serious challenge that requires urgent attention. Adopting effective measures to manage stress and foster a positive work environment can lead to significant improvement in employee health and well-being, as well as in the company's operational efficiency. Implementing these strategies is essential for success and sustained growth in the competitive food sector.

Knowledge Evidence: GA5-240202501-AA1-EV01 - Flowchart on the instructions of a process related to your work task
It is important to keep in mind that a process flowchart is one of the traditional graphical tools used and is developed with due care, so a diagram must be created that traces a process of the apprentice's work task or for the purpose of the training program in which an administrative, product or academic process can be identified and analyzed.
Product evidence: GA4-240202501-AA1-EV02 - Mind map of your personal learning environment PLE
Create a mind map that relates your (Personal Learning Environment) PLE based on your foreign language learning strategies and their application to your immediate work environment.
To develop this evidence, follow the steps described below:
1. Enter the third training component called “Level 6 – MCE B1,1+”, there you will find the grammatical elements of importance for the development of the evidence.
2. Review the article by Kupchyk, L., & Litvinchuk, A. (2020) Constructing Personal Learning Environments through ICT-Mediated Foreign Language Instruction. EasyChair Preprint 4251. https://easychair.org/publications/preprint_download/kxvw and create a mind map that represents ideas, concepts and information that allow you to recognize the elements that you use or have used to manage your learning and its application in the work environment.
3. To create a mind map, it is recommended to consult the guidelines presented in the document: “annex_guide_to_make_a_mind_map”.
4. To create a mind map, download or access one of the following digital tools that facilitate the construction and presentation of the map: Goconqr, Mindmeister, Draw.io, Coggle or Mindomo. Once you have chosen the tool, create the mind map.
5. Once you have the final product, you must download it in JPG image format or PDF file and then attach it to the virtual platform in the space designated for said evidence on the dates established by the instructor.
Guidelines for submitting evidence:
● Product to be delivered: a mind map that represents the ideas, concepts and information that allow you to recognize the elements that you use or have used to manage your learning and the application in the work environment without forgetting to create a diagram of your own PLE.
● Format: export the mind map to PDF from the digital tool used.
● Extension: the mind map must contain at least five (5) levels of branching.
● To send the product, go to the corresponding activity area and access the space for sending evidence of the mind map about your Personal Learning Environment PLE GA4240202501-AA1-EV02.
